Step-by-step

1. 1. Log in

   • Go to the NoveNorth platform and sign in.

2. 2. Go to your profile

   • In the top-left, you'll see your company name and profile icon.
   • Click there to open the profile menu.

3. 3. Select "Subscription"

   • In the menu, choose Subscription.
   • You'll see your current plan and the available upgrade options.

4. 4. Choose the desired plan

   • Review the different plan types and their features.
   • Select the plan that best fits your needs.

5. 5. Confirm the upgrade

   • When you confirm, your upgrade request is sent to our customer support. You'll receive an email with the new billing terms.
   • Once payment is processed, your plan is updated immediately.
   • You'll then have access to the new features—for example, the ability to create more accounts.
